ABC-Stewart's low student-teacher ratio makes possible individualized instruction provided at the most meaningful times, based on the teacher's skilled observation techniques. Independent study is vital to the ABC-Stewart program, and much of our work and many methods are aimed at equipping the child to attain that goal. Small group learning is a part of the program. During each day there is also time for activities involving the whole class, when the child can develop leadership skills and grow socially and emotionally.
